Tier II Reports are due March 1, 2017. Although not required, the Cuyahoga County LEPC strongly recommends facilities use the Tier2 Submit software when submitting their Tier II Reports. Reports can be submitted via email to LEPC@cuyahogacounty.us or regular mail to 9300 Quincy Ave, Cleveland, OH 44106.
